SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

As a trusted, quality supplier of decorated products to thousands of Collegiate and Corporate institutions, LogoFit takes very seriously our commitment to uphold our customers’ high standards of integrity and social responsibility. The LogoFit Brand has become an extension of those of our partners, whose identities and distinction we promote through our products.

LogoFit has a long tradition of conducting every facet of our business in an ethical manner and, as a growing international business partner, we have become even more acutely attuned to the worldwide state of human rights. This increased awareness has made the adoption of fair labor practices a fundamental component of all of our partnerships.

Through our affiliations with the Fair Labor Association, and our partnerships with on-site factory auditors, LogoFit has affirmed its obligation to defend and advance the following workplace standards across our entire supply chain:

Safe and Healthy Workplace +

LogoFit and its supply chain partners will provide their employees with a safe and healthy workplace focusing on the prevention of accidents or injuries to any of its employees where LogoFit goods are manufactured.

Child Labor +

LogoFit will partner only with factories who take a strong stance against the use of child labor and who comply with local and international laws in defining the term “Child.” No person under the age of 15 (or 14, where consistent with the law of the country of manufacture) or under the age of completing compulsory education, whichever is higher, will be employed by LogoFit or its supply chain partners. If a child will be impacted negatively by this standard, LogoFit will take reasonable action to minimize this impact.

Forced or Compulsory Labor +

LogoFit will not partner with any factory that uses forced labor – whether prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or forced labor of any kind – in the manufacture of any of its products.

Non-Discrimination and Freedom from Harassment or Abuse +

LogoFit and its partners will not tolerate discrimination in employment, including hiring, compensation, advancement, discipline, termination or retirement, based on an individual’s gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, social group, or ethnic origin. Further, LogoFit will not partner with any factory that employs corporal punishment or any form of psychological, physical, sexual, or verbal harassment and/or abuse.

Working Hours and Overtime Compensation +

LogoFit and its supply chain partners will require hourly and/or quota-based wage employees to work no more than 48 regular hours plus 12 overtime hours with a maximum of 60 total hours per week, or fewer, if the local laws within the factory’s jurisdiction further limit weekly regular and overtime hours. In addition, each employee will be entitled to at least one full day off within each seven day period for rest. Any overtime hours will not be forced on an employee, nor will they be requested regularly. Any employee working overtime hours will be compensated at a premium rate. If local laws do not allow for overtime premium rate of pay, then the rate of compensation will be equal to or greater than the employee’s hourly rate of compensation.

Fair Wages +

LogoFit and its supply chain partners will compensate employees at least at the minimum wage as required by law or at the local prevailing wage, whichever is higher, in addition to providing legally mandated benefits to address the basic needs of employees and their families.

Freedom of Association +

LogoFit recognizes and respects the right of its employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining and expects its supply chain partners to do the same where allowed by law.
